Stuart Lutz, a friend who lives in Culver City, reported today that his son, who was in Panama, has disappeared.
It is believed he drowned.
The parents have been trying to get help from the U.S. State Dept. and the American Embassy in Panama with no luck.
We are asking for all possible help.
