Bus Riders Beware

With Saturday’s 13th annual Cruisin’ Back to Culver City Car Show but three days away, bus riders are in for an adjustment.

The car show only runs from 9 o’clock to 3, but the transportation interruptions will last longer.
Hundreds of classic cars and hot rods will be on display Downtown, along Culver and Washington boulevards, from Ince to Duquesne.

Human traffic will be even more dense.

Vendors and music performances will cluster in the streets and sidewalks throughout the day.

The free event, produced by the Exchange Club and sponsored by the city, will spark the following adaptations.

Culver CityBus Line Changes:

LINE 1
Effective Saturday from 6 a.m. to 5 o’clock, Washington Boulevard will be closed at Overland Avenue eastbound and westbound at Robertson Avenue.
Line 1 will take the following alternate routes:

Eastbound:
Regular route to Overland Avenue
Left at Overland Avenue
Right at Venice Boulevard
Right at Robertson Boulevard
Left at Washington Boulevard, resuming regular route

Westbound:
Regular route to Robertson Boulevard
Right at Robertson Boulevard
Left at Venice Boulevard
Left at Overland Avenue
Right at Washington Boulevard, resuming regular route

Be aware of temporary stops at Metro Bus allowing passengers to exit along Venice Boulevard if necessary.
