Full closures

Culver Boulevard: Overland Avenue to Ince Boulevard.

Washington Boulevard: Ince to National Boulevard

Ince Boulevard: Culver Boulevard to Lucerne Avenue.

Soft closures (access for local traffic, only)

Generally, one block out from the 5K route will be soft-closed. Only local traffic will have access to the areas that are soft-closed.

The Police Dept. will open some segments of the Screenland 5K route earlier than 11:30 after trailing participants have passed certain points, or have been relocated to the sidewalk.

Some closures in Downtown may last slightly longer while a stage is disassembled and equipment is picked-up.

Culver City Bus Route

Culver City Bus Line 1 on Washington Boulevard will detour to Venice Boulevard via Motor Avenue and National Boulevard.

 No-Parking Zones

Areas along the Screenland 5K route will have temporary signs posted to prevent parking prior to the start of the closure of the route.  During the period of no parking, vehicles not adhering to the restriction will be towed away for the safety of all participants.

Courtesy Temporary Parking Permits for Residents

If your vehicle’s typical parking space is in your residential driveway and it will be blocked by the race route, courtesy temporary permits will be available for such land-locked vehicles to park on adjacent residential streets, Saturday and Sunday when the adjacent streets have parking restrictions in effect on Saturday and/or Sunday.
