“Truth is not a left-wing value,” the moral values/political commentator Dennis Prager frequently declares on his nationally syndicated program. The Los Angeles Times sets out each morning to validate his judgement.

In the Times’s latest bold sally into liberal savagery, a new byline that has been popping up often, one Jaweed Kaleem, performed typical media surgery yesterday on the most rhetorically capable cop in North America.

Almost as much as climate change and Brexit, it angers Jaweed and the Times that Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke, as a black man, had the chutzpah to elegantly embrace conservatism instead of emulating the sheep.

Mr. Clarke has evolved into a prominent television commentator on the self-induced ailments that are draining the lives of innocent and guilty black adults and children.

The breakdown of the black family is the No. 1 tragedy in our country today, not climate change. Seventy-four percent of black babies are born out of wedlock.

The babies grow up to be disinterested, unmotivated students. Their only student thrill is to ignite mischief. They are victims of massive cultural disfunctionality.

Blindfolded media types say the penalties handed to black students are “disproportionate,” their favorite racist-baiting term.

Here is how liberals play:

Jaweed and the boys at the Times snubbed Mr. Clarke a couple weeks ago when the “spontaneous” race riot in Milwaukee just happened to coincidentally follow the racist narrative that cops are bad and blacks are born to be their victims.

Everybody knows that is a lie except the media. The media serves as the handmaiden of the carefully couched Black Lives Matter movement, which does not appear to have any well-meaning leaders. Just more of the same sponsored violence, against each other and cops because that gains attention.

At a news conference on the afternoon after the Milwaukee riot, the brilliant Mr. Clarke (“‘Culture Not Cops to Blame’”) said that blacks do these acts to themselves, destroying their own neighborhoods, further eliminating their chances for decent livelihoods. They keep waiting for someone to rescue them instead of taking charge of their own lives. The heavily armed black thug who was killed by a cop was 23 years old with 13 arrests.

The Times carefully ignored the news conference because Mr. Clarke’s convictions run counter to the racial disharmony the newspaper promotes.

This is the same Times that declined to report one line on the discovery of the latest 14,900 Hillary Clinton emails that validate the charges of lying and perhaps corruption by her. Who is surprised?

Instead of interviewing responsible residents of north Milwaukee, reporter Jaweed mocked and attacked Mr. Clarke as if he were the enemy.
