My two cents, although in today's world it's probably only worth one cent: I would be very comfortable with a name change.

My suggestion is Tito's Tacos Place.

Is there a more recognizable name on Washington Place?

And I will bet anywhere you go in this great country someone has heard of Tito's Tacos!
