She composed the following after participating in last Mondays City Council meeting when the steaming-hot topic of mixed-used development was roasted, scalded and burned all over again.]
The M words had a banner day
on Monday while in the fray
of talk about mixed-use development,
citizens focused on what was relevant.
The mayor made it very clear
the word he didnt want to hear:
Moratorium is now dead,
while moderation reared its head.
