As usual, the Exchange Club and the Downtown Business Assn., both non-profits, are co-sponsoring festivities.

     The Exchange Club is a service organization that raises funds

to benefit local children’s charities. The Downtown Business Assn. is dedicated to revitalizing the historic commercial district.
