It is the latest addition to the widening retail business profile of Playa Vista, the largest developing residential community on the Westside. Owned by the same family, the Amersis, since 1983, Hollyway Cleaners’ new store is in the Concert Park area, where it joins the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, a Bank of America branch and Playa Beauty, a beauty salon.      The Amersi family said that Hollyway is the first dry cleaners west of the Rockies to use Green Earth, an environmentally friendly, silicone-based solvent that does not affect the environment and leaves no odor. The landmark West Hollywood location of Hollyway was opened almost a half-century ago, in 1959.
     The relatively newly wed Amin and Sarina Amersi, who own and operate the new Playa Vista store, also live at Playa Vista. For more than professional reasons, this is an exciting time in their lives together. They are expecting their first child.
