Why Malsin Is Right for City

temp23Letters

Scott’s leadership as the founder of the Culver West Neighborhood Assn., chair of the Planning Commission, Vice President of the Ballona Creek Renaissance, and as Co-Chair of the Fiesta, member of Culver City Homeowners Assn., and Vice President of the Exchange Club allowed members of our diverse city to see him in action.

That is why so many of us, from many different parts of Culver City, are enthusiastic about Scott taking a seat on the Council.  We are confident he will lead Culver City in exactly the right direction.

He is committed to working to see that Culver City provides the best education for our children, to continue to lead the way in fire and police protection and to address the needs of our seniors.  He will support the wise development of our business community.

Scott has listened attentively to the Raintree Condominiums and Townhouse Assn. residents.  He understands our concerns regarding the development at West L.A. College and the proposed uses for 10100 Jefferson.  He also sees the big picture.  Scott is anxious to merge the needs of Raintree and those of Culver City in ways that will meet the needs of all.
Culver City can be assured that he will act in the same manner for all areas of our city, preserving our quality of life while working to see Culver City grow in ways that will improve that quality of life for the entire city.

I urge you to vote for Scott Malsin for City Council on April 11.

Carole Gustin, Culver City
