Proving again that snugly tailored justice awaits societal misfits spouting faux racism accusations, anti-American Colin Kaepernick, failed football player, has been shrunk to unemployment.

Reportedly known to former San Francisco 49er teammates as Collie because of his penchant for dogging it, the fired quarterback seems to be regarded as toxic by NFL teams for his racist, anti-American rantings.

To attract attention to his nutty ravings last September, Collie grew funny-looking hair, and sank to one hind leg during the playing of our National Anthem. Happily, this made Collie slightly less popular than cancer with teammates.

Deemed a cancer to the team by the San Francisco front office, Collie became a free agent.

Cancer Collie’s new agents say he, uh, will start standing for the National Anthem, whether in the stands or if hired by a desperate football team.

Whenever a wandering loon uncorks a bottle of racism charges, you can make book our fair-minded state senator, even-tempered Holly Mitchell, probably is hanging out in the neighborhood.

The occasionally intolerable, congenitally intolerant Holly has been beating the racism drum for years. Now she is keeping time with both hands and one foot.

Holly and fellow Democrat Ricardo Lara of Bell Gardens have introduced eight bills intended to slow down the race among many minority students to go from school to prison to prison to prison.

In Holly’s world, the miscreant minority boys and girls commit dirty deeds, and Holly, their protector, stamps them victims.

According to Holly and possibly legitimate data, what is unimaginatively known as the school-to-prison pipeline for habitually misbehaving students “disproportionately” – her favorite word – affects low-income, black and Hispanic students.

Holly and Mr. Lara said they want their bills to focus on prevention, rehabilitation and that ol’ standby, keeping families together.

Hey, how about forming a traditional family in the first place?

Single parents, and we won’t tell you who is one, are the root cause of bad-boy students.

It may not have occurred to Holly’s tilted perspective that if the thugs-in-training – hmm, let’s see – oh, yes, behaved, they would not be shipped off to jails and prisons.

But when/where do children  learn model behavior if single-mom is out working while she tries to remember the name of the louse who fathered her child.

About 75 percent of contemporary black babies are born out of wedlock. You can see the behavior problem starts with the parent, not the child.

It is not racism, Holly, when a black/brown/poor student crudely descends into punk mode.
