Does This Mean Only Certain Bad Guys Can Be Arrested?

‘Are you white or non-white, Mr. Criminal?’

First of two parts

As long as tilted Democrat racists are in charge of our state Legislature, they are committed to creating pathways for bad guys to avoid punishment – not to mention the clownish formulation of sanctuary cities for illegal aliens.

Kevin de Leon and the boys are on an undeterrable mission to intimidate police officers and to prevent non-white criminals from being caught, much less punished.

As a lowbrow, Mr. de Leon’s mission appears to be ethnic revenge.

With infectious enthusiasm, Xavy Becerra, who has shed his respected personality since being handed the state attorney general position, announced perhaps the year’s most biased law.

To keep so darned many non-white lawbreakers from being caught, Democrat racists wrote a whopper worthy of the KKK:

Starting in July, the ladies and gentlemen of the largest law enforcement agencies in the state dutifully will click on their handcuffs at the outset of every shift and swear fealty to, drum roll, to:

The Racial and Identity Profiling Act.

Messers. De Leon and Becerra have ruled that if a disproportionate number of non-whites is stopped by ladies and lads of the law, the arrestor deserves a sock in the kisser – and more.

As of July, officers in large agencies must collect identity data, including, ha, ha, “gender,” on virtually every stop – driver and pedestrian.

Xavy the executioner, rubbing his hands in glee, will determine how cops are to be punished if they arrest one more non-white criminal than his ethnicity’s proportion of the population.
