The left’s perpetual campaign to ignite a phony race war has warmed up again, on schedule, with the issuance of the annual We Are Victims of Racist Cops report.

The boys and girls on the left actually believe CNN. This is why they never tire of fake weeping over fake data.

As you know, cops across our country gun hourly for non-white drivers so the leftists will have some basis for their pretend posturing.

The Los Angeles Times, in this fictitious dance up to its rabbit ears, yesterday bannered the story “Racial disparities in traffic stops.”

The, uh, story was a mite short on data, but, hey, baby, who needs numbers when surrounded by such right-wing racial bias?

I called my 11 dearest relatives to relay the dreadful news. On our dozen dimension conference call, we staged a five-hour pity party. Soon arguments erupted over the targets of our pity.

Shifting in our seats, we sifted the Times’s obviously reliable data:

“Stanford researchers …have found evidence black and Latino drivers face a double standard. Police require far less suspicion to search them” than whites.

This has been orthodox leftist theology for decades. Who needs numbers? We feel it in our bones — a traditional leftist education theory.

Leftists are known for their native gullibility, not to be confused with Native Americans, who are not to be confused with Indians.

The Times, no stickler for precision, tells us the Stanford “findings” are based on “more than 60 million police stops in 20 states between 2011 and 2015.”

How many more than 60 million? Eight million? One trillion? Maxine Waters, a leftist politician, says 700 billion Americans are about to lose their healthcare coverage. Obviously anything is possible for a leftist whacko.

The Times tells us “more than 20 million Americans annually are stopped for traffic violations.”

How many more than 20 million? Seven hundred billion?

The race-based Times does not tell us the color(s) of the drivers stopped more than once – unless the 20 million and 60 million were reversed.

The fake report, breathing heavily, soldiers on.

The Times said that in Los Angeles County, black drivers are searched exactly six times every 100 stops, Latinos exactly four times every 100 stops and whites two times.

Blondes are frisked 101 times in every 100 stops, except by gay cops, and those of black and white ethnicity never are stopped on the grounds of deliberately triggering confusion among traffic cops.
