New Look at VA Corruption

Mr. Rosebrock

Fellow Veterans and Friends of Veterans,

Here is another insightful essay by Joanne Rosamond about the corrupt and dysfunctional Dept. of Veterans Affairs and the VA’s bogus “National Whistleblower Appreciation Day”

VA Whistle-for-it Day

For nearly a decade, members of the Old Veterans Guard have been blowing the whistle on the out-of-control crime at the biggest and most corrupt VA in the nation, the Los Angeles VA.

Our reward is retaliation by VA gangsters who falsely order us arrested for displaying the American flag while our cameras are illegally seized when we photograph this criminal activity by VA cops.

Recently, the investigative team of “Open the Books” (OTB) publicly exposed $20 million that the VA wasted on art while Veterans remain waiting to see a doctor.

Hopefully OTB will take an investigative role here in Los Angeles and add it to the endless list of VA government fraud, waste and corruption.

Without question, this is the biggest land-fraud scandal in American history.

A federal judgment exposed nine VA real estate deals that are “unauthorized by law and therefore void.” The land value is in the billions of dollars while the lease rent is pennies of the market value.

Some deals are rent-free while war-injured and impoverished Veterans remain homeless and hungry.

Now it’s time for Open the Books to investigate the “settlement agreement” that is the biggest settlement fraud in American history.

The land fraud and settlement agreement constitute a racket.

By definition, a racket is explored by the legendary Maj. Gen. Smedley D. Butler, a two-time Medal of Honor recipient: “A racket is best described, I believe, as something that is not what it seems to the majority of the people. Only a small ‘inside’ group knows what it is about. It is conducted for the benefit of the very few, at the expense of the very many.”

This is true and is applicable to the Los Angeles VA. Their real estate deals benefit the few wealthy and powerful at the expense of the multitude of homeless Veterans who have been exiled from their own National Veterans Home.

Here’s a corresponding article worth re-reading (published more than four years ago) as it exposes the overall corruption, scams and fraud at the Los Angeles VA, including the $50 million solar panel scam that has not been publicly challenged, other than in this article.

The VA is a Racket

Join the Veterans Revolution and blow the whistle on the most corrupt VA in the nation.

“Save Our Veterans Land” and to “Bring Our Homeless Veterans Home.”

God Bless America and the Veterans Revolution!
